Full Warranty Items
Standard Products
12 Months

All products supplied (except for clearance stock) carry a 12 Months warranty.

BFt and Beninca Range
24 Months

BFt and Beninca Branded Product Range carry 24 Months warranty from the date of purchase (except consumables - Remotes).

Limited Warranty Items

Remote Controls

Due to user misuse and handling a limited warranty is offered on all remote controls.

Clearance Stock

Depending on the actual listing a clearance stock may be supplied without warranty but is thoroughly tested by a QC technician before dispatching and is sold as is and without warranty.

Batteries

Batteries warranty is covered by the manufacturer/supplier of the batteries.

Warranty Repairs

Warranty Claim Process:

A warranty claim is only recognized if approved by our technical officer

Any products returned for warranty must be accompanied by an RW number and a warranty claim form, this RW number and the warranty form will be issued by the service department of bespokeaccess

All warranty repairs are carried out by a professional technician from our warehouse and/or our supplier's warehouse

Return Freight Policy:

The freight for returning the repaired item is paid by bespokeaccess except in the case that the product is not found to be faulty, then the return freight must be paid by the customer.

Out of Warranty Repairs
All out of warranty repairs are carried out by a professional technician from our warehouse and/or our supplier's warehouse
The freight for sending the product to us and returning after repairs is paid by the customer
The repair charges will include labour cost and any replacement part
