If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
We offer 30 days return period from the date of purchasing or date of receiving the goods. We will not be able to offer you a refund beyond 30 days.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Item must be unused and in brand new condition
- Must be in original packaging
- Require order number/invoice number or receipt for proof of purchase
Return Process:
Please contact us by phone/email to receive Return Advice Number (RAN). Label the returned goods with the RAN number.
A mandatory re-stock fee applies to all goods being returned and ranges from 5% (most of the time) and up to 20% in rare cases. This covers checking (and testing) of the product regardless of if it is brand new.

Custom Gates and Special-Order Items brought in directly for the customer
To return your product, you should mail your product to us within 7 days of receiving your RAN number.
Important Notes:
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- If your order was sent with free delivery, the cost of delivery will be deducted from your refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 7 days of receiving the product back. You'll receive an email for the refund advice.
